1、运用循证医学教学模式培养应用创新型口腔医学人才张彦聪(徳州学院页学系山东徳州253000)【摘要】目的探讨循证医学(EvidenceBasedMedicin,EBM)对口腔临床教学的影响及如何在口腔临床教学中建立EBM的教学模式。方法通过对•两纟I[学生分别进行EBM教学模式(实验纽)和传统医学教学模式(对照纽)，比较分析两纽学生在自我评价，评教，及理论实践考试成绩等方面的差异。结果实验组自我评价问卷调查显示87%以上的学生认为循证医学教学模式在文献检索能力，资料阅读能力，知识更新能力，临床思维能力，医患沟通能力等方而对白C有帮助。

2、两纽•学生对口腔科教师教学效果测评结果进行比较，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)o«ll学生口腔科实习出科理论及临床实践技能考试成绩比较，差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论EBM教学模式有利于提高学生对口腔医学知识的兴趣和对网络信息技术广泛运用；有利于医患沟通，改善医患关系;且对临床实践行为的规范具有重要的意义。在口腔医学教育中引入EBM的理念、原则和方法，可帮助口腔医学生和口腔医务工作者学会掌握自我更新医学知识和临床技能的方法和技巧，为培养应用创新型口腔医学人才提供了一条行Z有效的途径。中图分类号：G424.1【关键词】循证口
