1、Tiam1与PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其临床意义【摘要】目的探讨T淋巴瘤侵袭转移诱导因了l(Tiaml)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法对60例胃癌组织及其相应正常胃黏膜组织标本进行检测。结果①Tiam1蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织中为阴性染色，但在胃癌组织中则呈阳性染色(47/60,78.33%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②胃癌组织中PCNA蛋白标记指数(PCNALI)(57.49±14.82)显著高于正常胃黏膜组织中的PCNALI(20.74±6.13)(Pv0.05)；③Tiam1、PCNA蛋白表达均与胃癌组织分化程度、浸润

2、深度、TNM分期及淋巳结转移显著相关(PvO.05),但与胃癌患者的性别、年龄及癌灶原发部位、大小无关(P>0.05)；④Tiam1阳性表达胃癌组织中的PCNALI值显著高于Tiam1阴性表达者(PV0.05)。结论Tiam1和PCNA表达上调均与胃癌侵袭转移密切相关，对其进行联合检测有助于判断胃癌的生物学特性。【关键词】胃癌T淋巳瘤侵袭转移诱导因了1增殖细胞核抗原免疫组织化学ExpressionsofTiam1andproliferatingcellnuclearantigeningastriccancerandtheirclinicalsignificanceZHUJinming,YUP
