1、ClaremontManorLot,3-5and7-9ClaremontStreet,SouthYarraADDITIONALSPECIALCONDITIONThefollowingSpecialConditionisinsertedintotheContractofSale:1.FurniturePackage1.1DefinitionsForthepurposesofthisAdditionalSpecialCondition:DueDatemeanstheduedateforsettlementofthisCon

2、tract,assetoutintheparticularsofsale;andFurniturePackagemeansthefurnituresetoutintheattached'move-in,onebedroominvestorfurniturepackage'.1.2SubjecttothePurchasercomplyingwithallitsobligationsunderthisContract,includingeffectingsettlementontheDueDate,theVendorwil

3、lprovidetheFurniturePackagetothePurchaserontheDueDateatnocosttothePurchaser.1.3Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,thepartiesagreethatnothinginthisspecialcondition:1.3.1entitlesthePurchasertoamonetaryequivalentoftheFurniturePackage;and1.3.2detractsfromtheVendor'srightsagains

4、tthePurchaserintheeventthatthePurchaserfailstoeffectsettlementofthisContractontheDueDate,includingtheVendor'srighttoclaimpenaltyinterestfromthePurchaserinaccordancewiththisContract.1.4ThePurchaseracknowledgesandagreesthatthefinishesandstyleofactualitemsprovidedb

5、ytheVendorunderadditionalspecialcondition1.2mayvaryfromthefinishesandstylesoffurnituredescribedintheFurniturePackage.ThePurchaseragreesnottoexerciseanyPurchaserRightsbecauseofanymattercontainedinthisadditionalspecialcondition1.4.1.5ThePurchaseracknowledgesandagr
