1、毕业设计(论文)MP3上壳叠层式塑料注射模具设计THEDESIGNINGMETHODSOFSTACKEDMOULDSTRUCTUREOFTHEABOVESHELLOFMP3学生姓名学院名称专业名称指导教师摘要本文主要针对目前普通塑料注射模具生产效率较低的现状,以MP3上壳为研究对象,分析并设计MP3上壳叠层式塑料注射模具,模具结构设计可行,操作方便,塑件能达到规定的技术要求,锁模力只增加15%左右,而生产效率却能增加几倍。设计思路如下:设计出制件MP3上壳并且对其工艺特点进行分析,确定浇口位置、分型面、型腔数目和布置方案,进行模架、导向机构、脱模机构、排气系统、温度调节系
2、统、侧向联动开模机构、成型零件的结构设计及尺寸计算,并对注射机和模具的工艺参数进行了校核。设计总结如下:MP3上壳制件材料选用ABS;注射机选用XS-ZY-500型;采用双层叠层式模具,每层模具结构分别按照单分型面结构设计,每层四个型腔;两个型芯分别安装在定模固定板和动模固定板上,型腔分别位于型腔板的上、下面上;主流道采用逐级式,选用U形分流道,分流道设在型腔板两端面上;采用截面形式简单的矩形侧浇口和易于加工修正带Z形头拉料杆的冷料穴;选用导柱导向机构;下层的塑件通过推杆推动推件板从型芯上脱出,上层的塑件通过特制的推杆拉动推件板使其从型芯上脱出,通过侧向联动开模机构实现两
