1、毕业论文学生姓名:学号:所在学院:专业:高分子材料与工程设计(论文)题目:酸氧化法改性PET薄膜指导教师:2011年4月~2011年6月本科毕业论文酸氧化法改性PET薄膜摘要聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)是合成纤维的主要原料之一,它具有耐磨性、耐热性、电绝缘性及耐化学品等优良性能,广泛用于合成涤纶纤维,还可作为工程塑料用于机械、电子、汽车等,在聚酯类产品中占有主导地位,已成为国内外研究的热点。本文主要对PET用硫酸改性方面进行阐述,并对改性后PET做了DSC测定观察其特征温度,红外光谱测量以观察其极性基团,以及改性后PET的拉伸强度以及吸水率的变化。实验结果表明,经酸改性后的PET

4、mperatureofmodifiedPETbyDSC.Besides,thepolargroupsareobservedbyFTIRmeasurements,aswellasthetensilestrengthofthemodifiedPETaremeasuredbyTensiletestingmachine.TheresultsshowedthattheTmoftheacidmodifiedPETfilmhasacertainreduction.Thetensilestrengthhasalittledecrease,butthewaterabsorptionhasincre
