4、erbehaviors.So,naturally,weadvocatethatP2Psystemsthatgraduallyactasanimportantinformationinfrastructureshouldbemulti-disciplinaryresearchtopic,andre°ectcertainfeaturesofoursociety.So,fromeconomicandsocialperspective,thispaperdesignstheincentive-compatiblereputationfeedbackschemebasedonw
5、ell-knowneconomicmodel,andcharacterizesthesocialfeaturesoftrustnetworkintermsofe±ciencyandcost.Speci¯cally,ourframeworkhastwodistinctivepurposes:¯rst,fromhigh-levelperspective,wearguetrustsystemisaspecialkindofsocialnetwork,andanaccuratecharacterizationofthestructuralpropertiesofthenetw
6、orkcanbeoffundamentalimportancetounderstandthedynamicsofthesystem.Thus,inspiredbytheconceptofweightedsmall-world,thispaperproposesnewmeasurementstocharacterizethesocialpropertiesoftrustsystem,thatis,highglobalandlocale±ciency,andlowcost;then,fromrelativelow-levelperspective,wearguethatr
7、eputationfeedbackisaspecialkindofinformation,anditisnotfree.So,basedoneconomicmodel,VCG(Vickrey-Clarke-Grove)-likereputationremunerationmechanismisproposedtostimulaterationalpeersnotonlytoprovidereputationfeedback,buttruthfullyo®erfeedback.Furthermore,consideringthattrustandrep
