4、yieldof86%foracetone,71%formethanol,52%forbenzene,35%forheptane,24%fortolueneand19%forethylacetate.Thephylogeneticanalysisofthisstrainusing16SrDNAsequencerevealed99%homologywithBacillusaquimaris.ThecellulaseenzymesecretedbythisKeywords:strainundernormalconditionsshowedanoptimumactivityatpH

5、11and45°C.TheenzymedidshowSolventtolerancefunctionalstabilityevenathigherpH(12)andtemperature(75°C)withresidualactivityof85%andBacillusaquimarisFattyacid95%respectively.Theenzymeactivityinthepresenceofdifferentadditiveswereinthefollowingorder:+2+2CellulaseCo>Fe>NaOCl2>CuSO4>KCl>NaCl.Theenz

6、ymestabilityinthepresenceofsolventsat20vol.%Ionicliquidsconcentrationwashighestinbenzenewith122%followedbymethanol(85%),acetone(75%),toluene(73%)andheptane(42%).Thepre-incubationofenzymeinionicliquidssuchas1-ethyl-3-methylimida-zoliummethanesulfonateand1-ethyl-3-methylimidazoliumbromideinc
