3、omicandpoliticalresources.This“DevelopmentalNetworkState”hashadasignificantimpactonthegrowthofIreland’shigh-techclusterandiscentraltotheemergenceofaninternationalnetworkof“globalhigh-techregions”fromSiliconValleytoIreland,Taiwan,andIsrael.Thebookprovidesadetailedstudyof
4、theriseofthesoftwareindustryinIrelandandofthestateinstitutionsandpoliticalconditionsthatpro-motedit.Itshowshownew“network-state”policiesandinstitutionshavebeencentraltohigh-techregionselsewhere.Ultimately,theanalysispointstoanemerg-ingpoliticalchoicebetweenneoliberalpo
