3、er2004AbstractTheefficiencyofniobium(V)oxideasasorbentphaseforsolidphasemicroextraction(SPME)wasinvestigated.Thethinglassceramicrodwascoatedwithniobium(V)oxideusingchemicalvapordepositionandNb2O5asachemicalprecursor.Optimumconditionsforthepreparationa
4、ndconditioningofthefibersarepresented.Thefiberswereusedfortheextractionofamixtureofalcoholsandamixtureofphenolsfromtheheadspacesamples.Theresultsobtainedprovedthesuitabilityofniobium(V)oxideasanewSPMEfiber.Thecalibrationgraphsforalcoholsandphenolsinacon
5、centrationrangeof501000gl−1werelinear(r>0.995)andthedetectionlimitswerebelow0.8gl−1level.Therepeatabilityforonefiber(n=6)undersimilarconditionswasbetween3and10.4%.Thefiber-to-fiberreproducibility(n=6)wasbetween5and15%.©2004ElsevierB.V.Allrightsreserve
