4、rldwide,whetherornotdynamicTaeKwonDopracticeisanexerciseITaeKwonDo,anancientKoreanmartialart,hasmodalitythatprovidessuf®cientcardiorespiratorydemandalsobecomethemostpopularformofmartialartsinforenhancingaerobic®tnessandpromotingweightandfatloss.Twenty-eightmenandwomen(aged19±42)wereas-theU

6、illion(7).andnoviceTaeKwonDowomen(FN).TheresultsofthisTaeKwonDotraining,alongwithsomeothermar-investigationindicatethatthisformofexercisecanbeper-tialarts,hasbeenpromotedasacontributortocar-formedforanextendedperiodof20minutes.All4groupsdiovascular®tness.Practices,suchascardio-karate,achie
7、vedtherecommendedstimulusforeffectiveinitiationcardio-kickboxing,Tae-Bo,anddynamicTaeKwonofcardiovascularadaptationsandconditioning.ThemeanDo,arefrequentlyadvertisedasanexcellentcardio-exerciseheartrateresponses(88.3±92.2%ofmaximalheartvascularworkoutandawayto
