3、gobjectives:nSecuremembercountries’accesstoreliableandamplesuppliesofallformsofenergy;inparticular,throughmaintainingeffectiveemergencyresponsecapabilitiesincaseofoilsupplydisruptions.nPromotesustainableenergypoliciesthatspureconomicgrowthandenvironmentalprotectioninaglobalcontext–particularlyinte
