1、河南财经政法大学成功学院本科生毕业论文企业期间费用的预算管理问题研究院系名称d会计系姓 名学 号专 业会计学指导教师2015年04月30日摘要众所周知，期间费用预算作为企业全面预算管理的重点，对企业平常的生产经营活动所涉及的销售费用、管理费用和财务费用作出的合理规划安排，都有着十分重要的意义。所以，为了企业可以更好地控制成本，合理规划开支，企业理当做好期间费用的预算管理。通过对企业期间费用预算的管理，能够提高企业对自身的资金资源的充分利用，有利于降低企业成本，使企业获得更多利益，促进企业不断进步。在社会主义市场经济条件下
2、，和在企业经济状况欠佳的情况下，企业应该强化对期间费用预算的管理，这有利于企业的长期发展。然而，随着我国经济形势的持续发展，我国大部分企业在期间费用预算管理上还存在着少许不可小觑的问题，这些问题严重影响了企业的经济效益，阻碍了企业的不断进步。因此，各界人士应当团结起来，共同努力，加强交流与探讨，促进企业提高期间费用的预算管理水平。本文从期间费用的含义作用着手，剖析了企业开展期间费用预算管理尚存的问题,提出了施行期间费用预算管理的措施。关键字：期间费用；预算管理；预算；企业IIAbstractAsweallknow,areaso
