1、摘要家庭智能化系统是20世纪70年代后期开始出现的，80年代中期，欧美市场上出现了智能控制机，1984年1月第一栋智能大楼在美国投入建成使用，自此，智能大楼在许多国家积极兴起。同时，家庭、楼宇的智能化也成为适应人们对生活水平和生活质量需要提高的必然趋势，各种家庭控制系统应运而生。我过在这方面的起步较晚，急需完成的是研制出实现基本功能又符合我过应用现状的家庭智能控制系统。 从结构上，智能家居控制系统可采用先进的通讯总线方式或电力线载波通讯技术，其产品部件安装时无需对住宅内已有的居住环境进行大幅度的改造，无需复杂的布线及添置新的设备材料，只要将产品模块接入通讯总线或220V电力线网络
