1、简述非贵金属烤瓷冠对龈沟内白细胞介素一1e和白细胞介素-8的影响宫海环宋艾阳方滕姣子朱红华孙晗鞠昊张宇娜(吉林大学门腔医院修复科吉林长春130000)【】烤瓷熔附金属全冠对局部牙龈在临床应用屮出现修复后牙龈出血、红肿、龈缘变黑及门腔异味等情况,使近来学者从各个角度来研究和比较各金属对局部牙龈的影响。由于烤瓷铸造合金在门腔内可释放出离子并沉积于牙体表面和牙龈,对与其接触的牙周组织造成一定的刺激,促进牙龈炎症发展,这是引起修复后牙周损伤的重要因素。而作为牙周组织健康状态指标之一的龈沟液在这种情况卜的量与质也非常重要。近年来己有许多学者在龈沟液内检测
2、出多种炎症介质和炎症调节因子,其屮白细胞介素一lβ(Crevicularinterleuin-lβIL—lβ)己被公认为在牙周病屮起非常重要的作用。另有学者研究发现:在牙周致病菌携带者的飯沟液屮,白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)的水平与®炎指数、牙周袋深度、出血指数显著相关。本文将重点从非贵金属烤瓷冠的应用现状、非贵佥属烤瓷冠对龈沟液屮IL-lβ和IL-8的影响以及对牙周组织的影响等方面加以综述。【关键词】烤瓷熔附金属全冠;白细胞介素-lβQ细胞介素-8;牙周病【】R783
