2、转移的绩效上来。企业要想在激烈竞争中获取核心竞争力，必须通过提高知识转移的绩效方式来实现。本文主要目的在于对组织内部知识转移的绩效进行合理的评估，不只是找出作用于转移绩效的影响因素，还试图量化各种影响因素对转移绩效起到的效果，找出关键环节，以此提高知识转移的绩效。文章首先对前人的研究成果进行归纳总结，在此基础上构建出“组织内部知识转移绩效评估的概念模型”，并以该模型为框架设计出调查问卷，得到统计数据。接着通过SPSS统计软件进行实证数据分析，根据数据结果和相关案例对组织内部知识转移绩效进行评估，归纳出产生低绩效的原因并相
