1、毕业设计(论文)摘要随着现代信息技术的发展，基于Web服务的信息发布成为技术改革与发展的方向。本设计主要是人力资源咨询和培训网站的建设，在求职者与企业之间建立一座桥梁。一方面使企业通过该系统提供的服务发布招聘新信息以及查询求职者的个人信息；另一方面求职者也可以发布个人求职信息，查询企业相关信息，方便求职者即时的了解企业的招聘动态。在网站建设的过程中，涉及到ASP.NET技术、开发环境、数据库设计等知识，特别是Web服务。本系统选用了Asp.net作为系统开发工具，数据库管理系统采用SQLServer2000。本设计实
