1、浅析我国民营企业人才流失问题及对策【内容摘要】:   人力资源是企业最重要的资源,人才的流失,直接导致企业人才数量不足,严重削弱了企业竞争力。如何扭转人才流失的不利局面,是事关企业生死存亡、急待解决的一个重大问题。 本文在旨在了解我国民营企业人才流失的现状,简要分析人才流失的原因,提出解决企业人才流失问题的对策。提出要创建良好的坏境、有效激励制度、建立现代企业制度、培养先进的企业文化,以利中小企业长期、健康和谐、可持续发展。  【关键词】:人才流失;民营企业14目录1、民营企业对国民经济的贡献································
