1、机电学院机自087班赵娜0810310728技术创新成功案例技术创新指的是用新知识、新工艺、新技术采用新的生产方式和经营模式、通过提高质量、创新产品、创新服务，占据市场并实现市场价值的经济技术活动。技术创新是贯穿企业活动的全过程，以获得企业经济利益为目标的一系列活动。技术创新首先是一种经济概念，是一种经济发展观。这一理论的一个根本特点是，高度重视技术变革在经济变革中的重大作用。它是经济和科技，甚至包括教育培训、文化等有机结合的一种理论观点，不是一个纯粹属于科技范畴内的概念。技术创新包括两个层面:第一个层面，技术创新的确是某种解决
