1、辽宁石油化工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸5000吨/年香肠工厂的初步设计摘要香肠是将经过加工的动物原料肉灌入猪或羊的小肠衣制成的长圆柱体管状食品。香肠营养成分主要有蛋白质、维生素、钙、钾、镁、铁等。中国的香肠有着悠久的历史,香肠的类型也有很多,主要分为川味儿香肠和广味儿香肠。主要的不同之处就在于广味儿是甜的,川味儿是辣的。首先,本设计根据年产5000吨香肠的工厂设计任务书广泛收集了大量资料。根据食品厂实际生产情况确定本厂实际生产日期为335天,日产量为14.9吨。由此确定生产班数为三班,每班产量5吨。根据产量确定所需的
2、原材料、辅材料、包装材料的量,进而确定原、辅、包装材料库的面积。其次,根据日产量和工艺流程确定生产车间的平面布局、设备选型、生产工艺的各项指标、设计计算、物料衡算、水、电的估算以及工艺流程图的设计。整个设计过程在保证达到设计要求和实际需要的前提下力求环保节能。在收获经济效益的同时,降低对环境的影响,减少对环境造成的压力。该设计成果主要采用形式为厂区平面设计图,发酵车间平面布置图和主要设备布置图。关键词:香肠,初步设计,工艺设计,工艺流程图,车间II辽宁石油化工大学毕业设计(论文)用纸Thepreliminaryde
