1、上海中医药杂志2014年第48卷第6期SH．J．TCMJun．，2014；Vo1．48No．6结甲1号方治疗肝郁肾虚型结节性甲状腺肿44例刘岗，黄建平上海中医药大学附属曙光医院普外科(上海200021)【摘要】目的观察结甲1号方治疗肝郁肾虚型结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法将88例结节性甲状腺肿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组44例。治疗组予以结甲1号方治疗，对照组予以优甲乐片口服，疗程8周。观察两组临床疗效、证候积分、促甲状腺素(TSH)水平及甲状腺结节大小和数目的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为81．82％，对照组为56．82

2、％；治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0．05)。治疗后两组证候总积分均显著下降(P<0．05)，且治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0．05)。两组治疗前后TSH水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。两组治疗后甲状腺结节数目减少及最大直径均缩小(P<0．05)，且组间有显著性差异(P<0．05)。结论结甲1号方能显著减少肝郁肾虚型结节性甲状腺肿患者结节数目和最大直径，改善临床症状。【关键词】结节性甲状腺肿；结甲1号方；肝郁肾虚型【中图分类号】R265；R581．3【文献标志码】A【文章编号】1007—1334(2014)06—0
