4、fthestructureofsuspensionandtherelativelocationofallpartsinsuspensionandcoordinateofsuspensioninthevehicle，thedynamicmodelofthesuspensioninADAMS／CarWasbuilt．Then,、析tllthesimulatedroadsignal．thechangesofthelocationparametersofsuspensionweresutdied，andtheseparameterswereusedasOurtarge

5、tvariablestooptimizethesuspensionmodelinADAMS／Insight．Bycomparison，theoptimalsolutionofthesuspensionsystemWasgot,whichwillofferareferencetothedesignofphysicalpatternmachinery．Second，duringthewholedesignprocess，thecontrolmethodisthekeyfactortothecontroleffect．Bycomparingtheperformanc

6、eofallkindsofcontrolmethodsandconsideringthenon-linearfactorofthevehicles，thefuzzycontrolmethodwhichdoesn’tneedtheexactlymathematicmodelWasdecidedtouse．Next,throughmakinguseofthecontrolboxinMATLAB／Simulink,thecontrollerWascreatedaccordingtothecontrolruleswhichcouldchangetheactivefor
