2、for:MasterSpeciality:TheoryofMarxismSupervisor:ProfessorXuYunfeng西南科技大学硕士研究生学位论文第I页摘要农村生态文明建设是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。改革开放以来，伴随着我国经济的快速增长，随与之而来的生态破坏问题也日益凸显，农村生态状况每况愈下，不容乐观。面对农村生态日益恶化的现实，党的十九大报告提出的“乡村振兴战略”旗帜鲜明的指出建设美丽中国的美好愿望，充分表达了党和政府对农村建设地高度重视和农村发展的精准定位。因此，加强农村生态文明建设成为农村可持续发展，实现小康梦想

3、的前提。本文立足于坚持辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的基本原理和方法，首先指出了农村生态文明建设的背景，梳理出了农村生态建设的发展现状，介绍了文章的研究视角以及采用的研究方法等内容，同时，对生态文明建设的相关理论进行了较为透彻的梳理，根据农村生态建设存在的问题及其原因分析，主要从农业生产、乡镇企业、生活垃圾等方面对农村生态污染进行了阐述，并从思想问题、社会问题以及农村人为因素三方面进行了详细的分析；最后，针对农村生态文明建设存在的问题，从加强农村生态思想建设、完善农村生态保护制度以及解决三农问题等三方面来解决农村生态问题。关键词：农村生态文明问
