1、关系质量理论下的劳动关系质量实证研究—以金融行业为例本文的创新点在于:第一，本研究利用关系质量新的内涵(即内部员工与企业之间)，将关系质量这一概念引入劳资双方，提出劳动关系质量这一劳动关系研究领域的新兴概念，用关系质量的理论架构了劳动关系质量的理论框架。第二，尽管目前己经出现劳动关系质量的少量相近研究，但对于劳动关系质量这一概念并未给出明确的定义，其衡量维度也众说纷纭，没有统一或者主流的观点。本研究根据关系质量成熟的理论研究成果，给予劳动关系质量明确的定义。第三，重点着眼于劳动关系质量的维度划分。采用
