1、四川大学硕士学位论文一种新型PU/EPLIPN结构与性能研究材料学专业研究生王惟指导教师汤嘉陵摘要本文以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚丙二醇(PPG3010)和环氧树脂(E-44)为主要原料制备聚氨酯/环氧树脂互穿网络聚合物乳液。红外分析显示样品中Pu与EP各自的交联网络均已形成,且二者之间不存在化学键的结合。采用TEM直接观察样品的乳胶粒子形貌,PU/EPLIPN样品未呈现核壳结构,且与Pu乳液空白样品的乳胶粒子形貌和尺寸基本一致,均为纳米级乳液。LIPN样品的粒度分析结果与TEM相吻合,表明LIPN样品中只存在一种乳胶粒子,就是两种组分共存于同一种乳胶粒子内,没有各自形成两种单组分
2、的乳胶粒子。动态力学分析表明LIPN样品中两种组分完全互容且在分子尺度互穿,这一结果与DSC测试相符,本文成功制备了其乳胶粒子为非核壳结构的在分子尺度完全互穿互容的均相的PU/EPLIPN,且能在EP含量为5~50%的范围内任意调控EP的含量。产品在耐水性、耐溶剂性、热氧稳定性、力学性能及硬度等方面均表现出IPN特有的协同效应,印证了上述分析结果。但该LIPN随EP含量的增大乳液贮存稳定性变差,其机理尚不明确,有待进一步研究。关键词:聚氨酯环氧树脂乳液互穿聚合物网络四川大学硕士学位论文StudyonStructureandPropertiesofaNewTypeofPU/EPLIPN

5、izedistribution.TheresultsshowedtwocomponentsofPUandEPcoexistedonthess.1ileparticle.Theglasstransitiontemperatures(Tg)ofLIPN,PUandEPwereinvestigatedbyDMA.TheresultsindicatedthattwocomponentsofPUandEPhaveformedtheinterpenetratingpolymernetworks.TheresultwasalsowellintheaccordancewithDSCanalysiS.
