2、ODSEligiblestudiespublisheduptoMay2011wereretrievedviabothcomputersearchesandmanualreviewofreferences.Random-effectsmodelswereusedtocalculatesummaryrelativeriskestimates(SRRE)basedonhigh-contrasttolow-intakevalues.Sensitivityandinfluenceanalyseswereconducted,andheterogeneityamon
3、gstudyresultswasexploredthroughstratifiedanalysesbystudydesign,gender,geographicregion,yearofpublication,orwhetherornotadjustmentforseveralconfounders(ie,age,gender,bodymassindex,smoking,andtotalenergyintake).RESULTSWeextracteddatafrom14studiesonmilk(involving4879cases)and6studi
4、esondairyproducts(3087cases).Thetotalstudypopulationwasupto324,241individuals.Overall,therewasnosignificantassociationbetweenmilkintakeandbladdercancer(SRRE0.89,95%CI0.77-1.02).However,aninverseassociationwasfoundintheUnitedStates(SRRE0.88,95%CI.79-.99).Inaddition,nosignificantas
5、sociationwasobservedbetweenconsumptionofdairyproductsandriskofbladdercancer(SRRE0.95,95%CI.71-1.27),thoughaninverseassociationwasdetectedintheJapanesepopulation(SRRE0.56,95%CI.40-.80).CONCLUSIONThereappearstobeenoughevidencetosupportthenullhypothesis.Theoverallresultwasnotstati
