3、rviceaccessibilityandreal-timedatagranularitywithgratifyingperformanceandflexibilityareamongmajorchallengesofaVFsystem.Inthispaper,weproposeanarchitectureforaVFbasedonmulti-agentsthatprovidesfine-grainedreal-timemultiple-targettrackingserviceforbotht

4、hecustomersandinternalmanagerialpersonnelofanICfoundry.Eachfunctionmoduleisconstructedasanautonomousagentandperformsdedicatedtasks.Toprovideflexibilityandallowforfutureenhancements,ourproposedextensiblearchitecturealsocanutilizecurrentlyavailableRFID

5、(RadioFrequencyIdentification)techniquestocooperatewithothertrackingsensorsforthepurposeofimprovingtrackingaccuracyandmitigatingthepowerconsumptionissuesinherentinRFIDsystems.Finally,anintegratedsimulationwhichutilizestechnologiesincludingRFID,WebSer
