4、lotwiththebusinesstransaction.Ignoringthegenderissueinit,wemaygointoaawkwardsituationevenbringaboutunnecessarytroubleswithusbecausesometimesitisquitestrictanduncharitableaboutthegenderissuesinsomeplacesoftheworld.sowhataresupposedtodowhenconfrontedwithgendergapintheint
5、erculturalcommunication?Frommyperspective,weshouldhaveboththerightconceptionsandcorrespondingactionsintheprocessofinterculturalbusinesscommunication.Foronething,toassociatewithforeignersinaformalbusinesssituation,we'dbetterfindoutifthereisanyprohibitiveandspecialrulesa
6、boutthegenderissuesoftheircountry.Socommonsenseaboutdecentmannersforthegenderissuesisessential.Forexample,inmanycountries,itistraditionthatmanhavehigherpositionoverwomansuchasJapanandArabicareas.Ifyoutreattheminthismanner,thenthemaleguestswillfeeltheyareinsultedbyyour"
