5、rade/ChinaChamberofInternationalCommerce,orreferstoCIETAC'spreviousnames,itshallbedeemedthatthepartieshaveagreedtoarbitrationbyCIETAC.Article2StructureandDuties1.TheChairmanofCIETACshallperformthefunctionsanddutiesvestedinhim/herbytheseRuleswhileaViceChairmanmayperformtheCha
