1、心理契约对知识型员工组织公民行为的影响心理契约对知识型员工组织公民行为的影响———基于组织公平的调节作用高山(中共深圳市委党校,广东深圳518034)摘要:知识型员工是促进科技型企业创新的重要力量,心理契约与组织公平对知识型员工组织公民行为的产生和创造力的发挥产生重要作用。对科技型企业知识型员工样本的统计分析结果表明:在知识型员工中,心理契约对组织公民行为有显著影响,心理契约的两个维度即交易契约和关系契约均对组织公民行为产生显著的积极影响。组织公平的两个维度即分配公平和程序公平均对交易契约、关系契约与组织公民行为的路径关系起到显著的正向调节作用。在管理实践中,应不
