1、AbstractThisthesisisaimedatexploringtherelationshipbetweenFDIandtheemployee’sincomegapamongdifferententerprises,usingalargenumberofempiricalstudieswhicharebasedonthepaneldataofthemicro-enterpriseinChineseindustrialenterprisesdatabasedataduring1999-20
2、08.Theempiricalstudiesaredividedintotwoparts,oneistostudythewagespillovereffectofFDIandtherelationshipbetweenFDIandtheincomegapoftheenterpriseswithdifferentownership,theotheristoexploretherelationshipbetweenFDIandtheemployees’incomegapamongdifferente
3、nterprises,andstudytheownershipdifferences,industrydifferencesandregiondifferencesthroughwhichFDIadjustsemployees’incomegapamongdifferententerprises.Meanwhile,thisisalsoakeyinnovationpointinthisthesis.Wecanreachthreeconclusionsfromtheoutcomeoftheempi
4、ricalstudies.Firstly,FDIproducesapositivewagespillovereffectthroughlaborandcapitalchannels,andproducesanegativewagespillovereffectthroughproductchannel.Meanwhile,FDIincreasestheemployees’incomegapofthedifferentownershipenterprisesthroughlaborchannel,
5、andnarrowstheemployees’incomegapofdifferententerprisesthroughcapitalchannelandproductchannel.Secondly,fromtheperspectiveofthewholelabormarket,FDInarrowstheemployees`incomegapofdifferententerprisesthroughlaborchannelandproductchannelwhileincreasesthee
6、mployees’incomegapofdifferententerprisesthroughcapitalchannel,buttheinfluenceofthecapitalchannelisrelativelyweak.Thirdly,accordingtotheownershipgroupingtest,industrygroupingtestandregiongroupingtestofthemodel,wecanconcludethatthethreechannelsthroughw
