1、鼻;ae^sA术筋鼻網阻塞的2018-03-2910:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期龚余丹王颖君昊慧锋赵丹谢柳夷史飞飞李玉芸［摘要］目的探讨鼻泪管支架植入术治疗鼻泪管阻塞的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年7月〜2017年5月期间我院120例单眼鼻泪管阴塞患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组鼻泪管阳•塞患者予泪道探通术治疗，观察组鼻泪管阻塞患者予鼻泪管支架植入术治疗，并分别对两组鼻泪管阻塞患者手术治疗情况、溢泪症状改善情况、临床治疗情况进行比较和分析。结果与对照组相比，观察组鼻泪管阻塞患者
2、的手術吋间(16.32±2.31)min,住院时间(5.48±0.65)d均明显缩短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组鼻泪管阻塞患者溢泪情况为0级的比率为48.33%(29/60),较对照组明显提高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；溢泪情况为I级、II级、III级、IV级的比率均有不同程度降低，但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o观察组鼻泪管阻塞患者的显效率为73.33%(44/60)，总有效率为93.33%(56/60),均明显提髙：而无效率为6.67%(4/60),则明显降低，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论
