2、hazardsidentified,andreducesthedamageorimpacttoALARP.1.范围为有效预防和控制事故发生，保证公司员工人身安全和设备财产不受损害，对于公司可能发生紧急情况的危险源点能够通过预先控制、应急反应、事后处理等三个阶段有效地开展各项应急救援工作，把所发生的事故（事件）的损害与影响降低到最小程度，制订本规定。2.ScopeofApplicationThisprocedureappliestoemergencypreparednessandresponseforallaccident/i
