2、诱导A549／DDP细胞凋亡、细胞周期的影响。方法：rhlL一24、顺铂(DDP)及rhlL-24+DDP干预A549／DDP细胞，用CCK一8法检测A549／DDP细胞增殖抑制率；用流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡及细胞周期的变化。结果：rhlL-24联合DDP作用24h对人肺腺癌A549／DDP细胞增殖抑制率分别为25．2％，与单独用DDP组比较P<0．05有显著性差异；流式细胞仪检测rhIL-24浓度为160ng／ml作用24h对人肺腺癌A549／DDP细胞凋亡率为19．0％；细胞周期检测中rhlL-24作用A549／DDP细
