3、etworkstructure,systemscanbebuilt,whichsignificantlyoutperformexistingthatis,theinteractionbetweenpeerslocalrationalbehaviorsandtheemergenceofthewholenetworkstructure.Weproposeanserver-basedsolutions.Unfortunately,inreality,manypeersareevolutionarygametheory(EGT)-basedoverlaytopo

4、logyevolutionselfishandstrivetomaximizetheirownutilitybyexploitingtheschemetodriveagivenoverlayintothesmall-worldstructuresystemwithoutcontributingmuchthemselves.Awell-known(highglobalnetworkefficiencyandaverageclusteringcoefficient).mechanismdesignedtocopewiththefree-ridingproblem
