2、topicincareersandcareernegotiations,butarealsopartandparcelofadultlanguagetuitionwhichtriestotakeseriouslylearners’’(andteacher’’s)personalities.BothanumberofgeneralprinciplesandconcreteexamplesofmakingSoftSkills‘‘work’’intheclass-roomarediscussed.Whataresoftskills?NotnormallyfoundonaCV,sof
3、t,orsocialskillsarethosepersonalvaluesandinterpersonalskillsthatdetermineaperson’’sabilitytofitintoaparticularstructure,suchasaprojectteam,arockgroup,oracompany.Theskillsincludepersonalitytraitslikeemotionalmaturity,eagernesstolearn,andwillingnesstoshareandembracenewideas.Asregardsthefuture
4、ofwork,softskillsarefastbecomingthedealbreakerinmanyoftoday’’shiringdecisions.Executives,afterall,arerarelymeasuredaccordingtohowwelltheycanre-iteratethetechnicalspecificationsoftheirproductsandservices,butratherontheirabilitytomotivateanorganization,toassesstheperformanceoftheirstaff,tomak
