1、转型督导转型心得体会篇一：学习教育督导体会学习《教育督导条例》心得体会王继林我校组织学习了《教育督导条例》，我体会到：通过这次学习《教育督导条例》，使我进一步明确了教育督导的目的任务、对象范围、机构设置、队伍建设、工作原则、工作程序、行政责任等，为促进教育督导的制度化、规范化、法制化建设，强化教育督导工作提供了保障。教育督政与督学相结合是中国教育督导制度的特色。之所以如此，是因为中国基础教育在普及小学教育、实行义务教育、实施素质教育、深化农村教育的实践过程中条件不足，要求监督、强化政府责任的结果。因此。准确理解教育督导机构的行政主体资格及其权
