technologyofindustrialenergy-savingtechnologyetc.precisionfastresponse(3)industryprospectsandsocialneedsoftheprofessionalautomationspecialtyinChinaoriginatedfromoneofthemajoradjustmentin1952nationalcollegewhenthefirstbatchofelectricity"asof2007thecountryhas393universitiesofautomationspecialty.Withtheneedsofdifferentstagesofthecountry,thenameofourcountry'sautomationmajorhaschangedseveraltimes,andtheprofessionalcontenthasbeenconstantlyadjusted.Butintheprofessionaltrainingobjectives,hasbeeninsistingonbroadcaliber"generalist"training,trainingofstudentsbasedonasolid,widerangeofknowledge,sothatautomationgraduateshavebeeninshortsupply.AccordingtothepredictionoftheStateMinistryofpersonnelstatistics,withinthenextfewyears,Chinaurgentlyneededtalentsarethefollowing8categories:electronictechnology,biologicalengineering,spacetechnologyandmarineutilizationofnewenergysources,newmaterialsastherepresentativeofthehigh-techtalent,informationtechnologypersonnel,mechatronicsprofessionaltechnicaltalentsofagriculturalscienceandtechnology,talentandenvironmenttheprotectionoftechnicalpersonnel,biologicalengineeringresearchanddevelopmenttalent,talent,talentofinternationaltradelaw.AstudybytheShanghaiInstituteofeducationhasalsoshownthatwiththedevelopmentofChina'seconomyandsociety,thedemandfortalentedpeoplewillchangeconsiderablyinthenext10years.Fromthepointofviewoftechnologyandindustrydevelopment,Chinawillvigorouslydevelop6majortechnologicalfieldsinthecomingyears:biotechnology,informationtechnology,newmaterialtechnology,newenergytechnology,spacetechnologyandmarinetechnology.The6technologiescanform9majorhigh-tech industries:Bioengineering,biomedicine,photoelectroninformation,intelligentmachinery,software,superconductor,solarenergy,spaceindustryandmarineindustry.Behindthesenewtechnologiesandtalents,thereisabackgroundofautomation.Accordingtothesubjectofthe2000collegeundergraduateemploymentratestatistics:86.2%,electricalinstrumentationis90%,thestatisticstellus,alongwiththerapiddevelopmentofnationalindustrializationandmodernizationintheautomationoftheemploymentsituationinthenextfewyearsisverygood.Atpresent,thecountryhas393institutionsofhigherlearningsetupautomationprofessionals,trainingalargenumberofautomationprofessionals,whichontheotherhandshowsthatthedemandforprofessionalsinthecommunityofautomationisverylarge.(4)graduatesoftheprofessionalgraduatesintheexportofelectronicinformation,biologicalengineering,communication,computer,electroniccommerce,electricalengineering,powerengineering,transportation,finance,machinery,textileandotherfieldsinthesystemanalysis,design,scientificresearchdevelopmentandmanagementdecision-making.Graduatesforfurtherstudies,about50%graduatesthroughexaminationorexemptionwalksgraduateeachyear,someofthebeststudentscangodirectlytodoctor'sdegree.Inadditiontostudyingforthemasterdegree,wecanalsostudyotherrelatedsubjects,whicharewelcomedbythetrainingunits.Sofar,morethan3500studentshavegraduated.Table2graduates'employmentschedule,professionalgrade,numberofgraduates,primaryemploymentrate,numberofadvancedstudents,proportionofadvancedstudies(GraduateSchool,goingabroad),workingproportion
