1、<资产评估>考试大纲资料来源： 北京广播电视大学开放教育本科财会专业《资产评估》课程考核说明 第一部分 课程考核的有关说明一、考核对象：会计学专业本科第一学期学员二、考核方式：形成性考核（4次作业）占20%，期末考试（闭卷）占80% 三、命题依据：资产评估教材（中央财经出版社；刘玉平主编和资产评估教学大纲四、考试要求：着重基本知识的考查和应用能力的考查，具体包括识记、理解和应用三个层次。各层次含义如下：识记：指学习后应记住的内容，包括概念、原则等。理解：指在识记的基础上，全面掌握基本概念、原则、方法，并能表达其基本内容
2、和基本原理，能够分析和说明相关问题的区别与联系。应用：指能够用所学知识和设计涉及一两个知识点或多个知识点的财务管理问题，包括简单应用和综合应用。五、命题原则：1、 考试命题在教学大纲规定的教学目的、教学要求和教学内容的范围之内。在所学知识范围内，按照理论联系实际的原则，考查运用所学知识的应用能力试题，不属于超纲。2、 考试命题应该覆盖面广，并突出重点内容。3、 试卷兼顾各个能力层次，比例大致为：识记20%，理解40%，应用40%。4、lowrotor,untilrotorofweightbysteamendslidingblockandReedend
