1、我国港航上市公司资本结构实证研究大连海事大学硕士学位论文我国港航上市公司资本结构实证研究姓名：王玺申请学位级别：硕士专业：管理科学与工程指导教师：刘斌20040301摘要资本结构是近十年来财务管理和金融经济学的主要研究内容之一，企业从不同渠道获取的资金在融资成本、融资风险、税收方面各不相同，股东和债权人在企业治理结构中的作用也存在较大差别，对企业行为形成不同的约束，进而影响企业的治理结构，因此在公司资本结构不同时，公司业绩和市场价值一般也不相同。企业融资决策作为．企业理财的重要决策内容之～，对企业的生存与发展、风险规避起着至关重要的作用。本文以西方资本结构理论为指导，

2、参考了我国在这方面的研究成某，从研究我国港航上市公司资本结构的特点出发，对影响港航上市公司资本结构的主要凼素进行了实证分析，发现公司业绩和公司国有化程度与资本结构存在着显著的相关性，为了更深层次研究公司业绩与公司资本结构的关系，本文尝试将资本结构分为债务结构和股权结构，并相应的建立了多元回归模型分析它们的相关性。发现了管理层在进行财务决策时的一些非理性行为，对该种行为的动机进行了剖析，并提出了相应的对策和建议。关键词：资本结构公司业绩公司治理AbstractoflatesttheoriesandthereferenceStructuretothewesternCapi
