5、hoppermutationofjobs.AlistschedulealgorithmisappliedtoconstructthesequencebyartificialantsandSchedulinggenerateacompleteschedule.Aright-shiftprocedureisthenusedtoadjustthestarttimeofoperationsMakespanaimingtominimizetheEPCfortheschedule.Intermsoftheoreticalresearchaspect,the

6、resultsfromElectricpowercostcomputationalexperimentsindicatethattheefficiencyandeffectivenessoftheproposedMOACOareMulti-objectiveoptimizationcomparabletoNSGA-IIandSPEA2.Intermsofpracticalapplicationaspect,theguidelineabouthowtoAntcolonyoptimizationsetpreferenceovermultipleob
