1、摘要拓扑指数是分子结构数值化的一种方式，它通过对表征分子图的矩阵实施某种数字运算而获得。它是一种图的不变量，直接产生于分子结构，反映了化合物的结构特征。由于最早的拓扑指数是来自于化学物质当中，所以在定量结构活动关系和定量结构性质关系的研究中，利用了特定的拓扑指数来猜测某些重要网络中生物的活性和化学反应相关的物理特征，用于预测化学物质的生物活性和和化学性质。近几十年来，许多学者提出了很多类型的拓扑指数，主要分为两种，基于距离的拓扑指数和基于度的拓扑指数。在第一章中，介绍了若干拓扑指数的概念，以及拓扑指数的研究目的和现状。在第二章中，
