1、国有控股公司财务治理问题研究摘要随着国有资产管理改革的不断深入，国有控股公司已成为国有资本运营的主体，在关键行业和重点领域占有绝对优势，成为我国经济发展和参与国际竞争的主力军。但是，改革步伐的逐步加快，公司财务治理效率不高的问题严重阻碍了国有控股公司的发展，所以财务治理也就成为亟待解决的首要问题。根据国有控股公司的现状，找出国有控股公司财务治理中存在的主要问题，从这些普遍的问题上着手找出相应的解决对策。先从财务治理的内涵及相关理论入手，运用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法，发现关键在于合理配置财权、建立有效地激励约束机制和相关机构监督职能的充分发挥等。最后通过借鉴上海仪电控股公司的成功经验，提出
