1、我國無記名票據背書連續之研究ResearchoftheBearerBilltoEndorseContinuouslyofOurCountry洪大安*摘要按我國票據法之規定，執票人應以背書之連續，證明其權利，且付款人對於背書不連續之票據而付款者，應自負其責。所謂背書連續係指自受款人至最後背書人之執票人，形式上均相連續無間斷者，而判斷票據是否有背書連續性，祇須依票據背面之記載，各背書具有同一性且形式上得以判斷其連續即可。但無記名票據並無受款人之記載，據此，將生無記名票據是否有背書連續以及如何判斷背書連續之疑義。本文以案例式探討我國票據法上票據轉讓之方式、票據背書連續之判斷以及無記名票據是否有背書
