5、andcollagencontentwasanalyzedbyPearsontest．RESULTS：PearsontestsuggestedthatthesignalintensityofMRIT2MoftypeIIandtypeIIInucleuspulposuswaspositivelycorrelatedwithwaterandproteoglycan，andthecorrelationcoefficient(r)betweentheratioofthesignalintensityandpro

6、teoglycancontentwas0．745，O．723(P<0．001)；thervaluebetweentheratioofthesignalintensityandwatercontentwas0．732，and0．714(P<0．000．ThesignalintensityofMRIT2Mofnucleuspulposuswasnegativelycorrelatedwithcollagencontent(，=一0．679，一0．681，P<0．001)．CoNCLUSIoN：TheMRIs
