1、师范生理想教师形象培养研究摘要师范教育的出发点和立足点应当是帮助师范生在较高层次，标准上树立理想的未来形象，且灌注于对师范生的教育、培训过程中。基于这样的背景，培养理想的教师队伍是时代的要求，对师范生理想教师形象的培养显得格外重要。因此，本文通过问卷调查的方式，试图了解小学生心目中的教师形象，并与师范生理想的教师形象进行比较分析，并从仪表形象、知识形象、能力形象、人格形象进行探讨，从而提出对师范生理想教师形象的培养研究的相关策略，以期引起师范生对理想教师形象培养的关注，促进自身整体形象的培养。关键词：教师形象；理想教师形象；师范生；小学生maintenancemeasures,thereis
