1、瑞邦齿泰”和氢氧化钙糊剂用于年轻恒牙根尖诱导形成的疗效观察摘要：目的应用自固化磷酸钙根管充填剂一瑞邦齿泰（RebibechitaiManual）作为根管充填材料，对根尖发育未完成合并牙髓病或根尖周炎的年轻恒牙进行根管充填，以诱导根尖形成。方法选择120例就诊的8〜14岁患者，随机分为治疗组：（60例）术前常规X线牙片，根管预备后，将瑞邦齿泰用一次性针尖注入根尖孔处，常规充填；对照组：（60例）将氢氧化钙糊剂用螺旋输送器送入根尖孔附近的组织面上作根管封药。待根尖孔形成后去除根管内药物，改用牙胶和根管封闭剂严密充填根管，并有效封闭根管口和髓腔和及时安排牙体修复。两组患者分别于治疗结束后2年进行

2、随访复诊，并拍X线牙片，判断疗效。结果瑞邦齿泰将超细磷酸钙粉末与固化液均匀预混，其主要组成羟基磷灰石根管充填的总有效率为93.33%。结论瑞邦齿泰具有优良的流动性，操作简单、快捷，易于达到根尖孔处，生物相容好，抗菌性强，有效防止细菌繁殖；超充后不会引起术后疼痛、肿胀等根尖反应，比氢氧化钙具有更好的临床价值。诱导Abstract：ObjectiveToapplySelf-settingCalciumPhosphateCementforRootCanalFilling(CPC)-RebibechitaiManualtothetreatmentofrootcanalfillingforyoung
