1、摘要证券公司的资金运作状况是影响整个证券市场运作的基石和前提，一个健康良好的证券公司融资体系能够保证证券公司充分发挥中介机构的作用。因此，拓宽证券公司的融资渠道，从而改善整个证券公司的资金管理状况，有助于证券市场的健康发展。本文在分析证券公司融资内涵、特征、模型与方法等理论的基础上，对我国证券公司融资发展的现状及存在问题进行了系统分析并以此提出了改进我国证券公司融资的对策体系；以此为基础，通过对海通证券公司融资的案例分析，对我国证券公司融资发展进行了典型案例研究。通过本文的研究，得出如下结论：要为证券公司创造一个

2、包括多种短期融资渠道和中长期融资渠道在内的多样化的融资环境，让各个稳健经营的证券公司能够顺畅地找到适合自身需要的融资方式，使其与业务发展相适应；要不断提高证券公司自我积累能力，发展内源融资；逐步修改并完善证券公司融资的法律法规建设，营造合理融资环境；海通证券公司经过多年来的资金投入、经营积累和市场开拓，公司的各项业务取得了较高的市场地位和良好的盈利能力，其融资渠道与融资结构合理，具备一定的融资能力，但在未来的融资发展过程中，还要对风险要素加以有效防范与控制。本文的研究，无论是在理论上延伸我国证券公司融资的研究，还
