3、tertominimizetheerrorinmeasurement.LetterAandBstandforthewidthandlengthoftheoperations,respectively,whileCandDareforthemeasurementsofTLIFs,respectively.Itprovesthatthese57pairsofdataaredistributednormally.Theproductsof2widthandlength,whichisexactlytheareaofoperati
4、onwindow(mm)are:1624.0380forTLIFsmeanand753.9702,meanfortheoperations.95%confidenceintervalis910.7076and829.42788,andthedifferenceinmeanis870.06775.Results:57patientswerefollowedupforanaverageof14.2months(ranged3monthsto24months).Thewoundinfectionoccurredinonecase
5、,curedbyanti-infectiontreatment2weekslater.Nocomplicationswereloosening,shedding,displacement.ThebackpainVASscorewere6.2±2.2beforeoperation,4.3±2.8afteroperation，3.2±1.6postoperation3months,2.8±2.0postoperation12monthsorlasttime.Comparedwiththepreoperation,theback
6、painVASscoresimprovedgreatlypostoperation(P<0.05).ThelegpainVASscorewere8.1±2.4beforeoperation,4.8±1.7afteroperation，2.4±1.6postoperation3months,2.2±1.3postoperation12monthsorlasttime.Comparedwiththepreoperation,thelegpainVASscoresalsoimprovedgreatlypostoperation(
7、P<0.05).AccordingtotheLowbackpainoperationcriteriaformulatedbyChineseOrthopedicAssociationspinalGroup,excellentsurgerywas93%.Allpatientsgainedbonyfusionafter3months.Themeasurementof57setsoftwodifferentsurgicalfenestrationareavaluesusedtheSPSSsoftwareprocessing,usi
