1、对比全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效［摘要］目的探究全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年2月〜2016年2月收治的80例股老年股骨颈骨折患者，按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和观察组，各40例，观察组采用全髋关节置换术进行治疗，对照组采用半髋关节置换术进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果，术屮出血量、术后伤门的引流量情况、手术后的失血量，总输血量,疼痛评分，术后恢复时间，骨尖愈合时间，住院时间，手术时间，术后肢体功能恢复情况和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组，术屮出血量、术后伤门的引流量情况、手术后的失血量，
