1、重庆师范大学共青团系统优秀青年评选办法评选优秀青年的目的是为了加强共青团的思想建设和组织建设，提高团组织战斗力，激励广大团员青年勤奋学习、努力工作，充分发挥共青团组织的生力军作用和每一位团员的先锋模范作用,现特制定本评选细则如下:一、评选类别1.优秀团员2.优秀团干部3.精神文明建设先进个人4.科技学术创新先进个人5.体育活动先进个人6.文艺活动先进个人7.优秀青年志愿者8.自立自强先进个人（团委根据实际情况的发展变化增减和调整评选类别。）二、评选范围：全日制本专科学生。三、评选比例：优秀团员按各院系团
2、员总数的3%评选；优秀团干部按各院（系）学生总数的2%评选（各建制完备的院系团总支增加2个优秀团干名额）；精神文明建设先进个人、优秀青年志愿者、自立自强先进个人按各院系学生人数的1%评选，科技学术创新先进个人、upgradingofenterprises.Provincesandcitiesthisyeartoentrepreneursasakeytalent,itisalsotheCountyEnterprisetransformationandupgradingoftheactualneed.Ent

7、test,activities,effectivecreatedgoodoftalentenvironment,effortsconstructionasupportscalebig,andqualityhigh,andstructureexcellentoftalentteam,forPowerfulsupport体育活动先进个人、文艺活动先进个人不限定名额。四、评选条件（一）基本条件1.坚持四项基本原则，拥护党的路线、方针、政策。2.思想品质好，在校期间未受任何处分过（含红黄牌处分）。（二）分类评选
8、要求1.优秀团员（1）热爱团的组织，认真学习党团理论，向党组织递交了入党申请书；（2）积极参加团的组织生活，按时缴纳团费；（3）学习勤奋刻苦，成绩优良，无补考科目，奖学金综合排名连续两学期列全年级前35%（新生只要求第一学期）；（4）身心健康，体育达标。2.优秀团干部（1）符合优秀团员的基本标准，奖学金综合排名连续两学期列全年级前30%；（2）所在团支部本年度被评定为二级团支部及以上；（3）热爱本职工作，群众基础好，组织管理能力强。3.精神
